Is your service available everywhere ?
We have launched only in the selected areas of Bangalore , Jayanagar and Basavanagudi . The service will be available throughout Bangalore soon.
Are the Carers (Nurse/attender etc) your employees?
No , All Carers are independent contractors who are currently working in hospitals and provide private home care at their own time.
How much does the service cost?
Each Carer has their own price per hour, a minimum charge of 2 hrs is charged for any procedure you choose on the platform. The payment happens via the APP only and payment is done after the service is complete.
What if I am not happy with the Carer service ?
You would still have to pay the Carer for the time. You can give a lower rating with feedback and you can contact care allianz support to lodge a complaint.
What if the Carer undertakes any illegal/criminal activity at my home ?
Please lodge a complaint to the police, CareAllianz will cooperate and provide all details to the police and help resolve the complaint. The nurse is an independent contractor and not associated with CareAllianz. CareAllianz is only a platform connecting nurses with patients.
What if I request an additional procedure when at home?
There is a section of “Additional Care” Rs 300 which you can add on at the time of payment for any additional services which has been done.
What if the Carer ask for cash payment ?
Contact care support immediately, cash transactions are not allowed and this is violation of the platform and the nurse will be suspended immediately.
What if the “Carer” cancels the service ?
CareAllianz will send an alternate carer on site if we are not able to find an alternate carer we will send one of our standby nurses to complete the service.
As a Carer if i cancel the service more than 3 times?
If you cancel the service more than 3 times you will be removed from the platform.
How do I pay for the service ?
We accept UPI, Phonepe, Google pay, debit card or any form of payment apart from CASH. To ensure your and carer safety “Cash” is unacceptable and any cash request has to be reported for disciplinary action.
Is it safe to have Carer at home?
CareAllianz has a strict on-boarding process where we collect information like “Pan Card” “Adhar Card” “Registration certificate” “Employee ID” to ensure only experienced qualified registered carers are only on the platform.
